IDO24 Terms & Conditions

Access to and use of this web site and/or any information contained in the web site (the “Site”) is subject to these terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions").

In these conditions references to

• The "User", "you", "your" mean any and all persons using the Site;
• Accommodation means any or all of hotel room(s), apartment(s), villa(s) or other form of accommodation of which details may appear on the Site and related services or products;
• "Hotel" means, as the context requires, the hotel in which a particular hotel room is situated, the apartment block in which a particular apartment is situated or the villa complex of which a particular villa is a part of;
• Accommodation Provider(s) means the owner(s) and/or provider(s) of such hotel rooms, villas, apartments or other forms of accommodation; and
• "IDO24", "we", "us", "our" mean The Destination Co., Ltd., a company registered with Tourism Authority of Thailand TAT License No. 11/3860.

 

1. The information on the Site is directed solely at those who book the product through IDO24. Our business and the services we offer are governed by the applicable laws of Thailand. No warranties and/or representations of any kind, express or implied, are given as to the compliance of the information shown on the Site, the services offered by us or our principals, any information relating to such services and our business in any respect with any laws of any other country which do not, in any event, affect or apply to the same. Access to IDO24 website is strictly controlled by IDO24 and we reserves the right to change, modify, substitute or suspend or remove without notice any information or service from time to time.

2. IDO24 provides information concerning the price and availability of Accommodation, together with a range of other information to assist in making a reservation of Accommodation. Prices, restrictions and availability of goods and services may change without notice.

 

3. IDO24 acts as agent only for each of the Accommodation Providers to provide you with information on the Accommodation and with an on-line reservation service. We sole responsibility to you in providing the on-line reservation service is to pass your reservation details entered onto the Accommodation Provider. By completing the booking form and clicking 'Process Your Reservation' on the reservation page you are entering into a contract with IDO24 for the provision of all the services of the Site, including the publication of pricing, availability and other information concerning available Accommodation on the terms set out herein. Booking and purchase conditions contain limitations and exclusions of liability to any person(s) who books Accommodation with any of Accommodation Providers advertised on the Site. Cancellation and amendment charges are payable if a booking or other purchase is cancelled or amended after it has been confirmed.

4. The information and/or prices shown on the Site are updated from time to time and therefore may have changed by the time you come to make your booking. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all such information and prices, regrettably errors do sometimes occur. It is your responsibility to check all details of your chosen Accommodation (including the price) at the time of making a booking.

 

5. In the event that an incorrect price has been entered in error, any booking made based on such incorrect price will not be valid. You will be advised of the mistake at the earliest opportunity and you will then have the option either to pay the correct price for the Accommodation or to cancel and receive a full refund of any money you may already have paid.

IDO24 Privacy Policy

We use order forms that allow you to book a hotel room. We collect your name, e-mail address, postal address, and credit card information. This information is used to process and check orders. We also use this information to contact you in case there is a question or problem with a reservation.

We also use data collected when you register, enter a contest, and make purchases to enhance and personalize your booking experience. We strongly value your privacy. Your personal information provided to our web will NOT be passed along for secondary use without your explicit permission.

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer this website. We log IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, to track a user’s specific session, or to investigate cases of fraud or other security violations on our site. Any personally identifiable information contained in our IP address logs will be treated with the same respect for your privacy that order and registration information is treated.

What about my credit card number?
When it comes to fill the online reservation form, you might be worried about your credit card. All transaction related information will be passed on to the trusted financial institution, and we do NOT maintain in our server all or part of your financial information, including but not limited to credit card’s name, number and expiry date.
